Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through TakeoffHub. Airline tickets are governed by the fare rules set by the operating carrier.
Cancellation Window
Most bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund where required by U.S. Department of Transportation rules, provided the travel date is more than 7 days away. After 24 hours, refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased.
Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Fares
Refundable fares are eligible for a refund minus any airline-imposed fees. Non-refundable fares are generally not eligible for a refund but may qualify for airline credit toward future travel.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

To cancel a booking or request a refund, call us at (855) 232-9974. Our agents will confirm eligibility and process your request on the call.
Service Fees
TakeoffHub service fees, where charged, are non-refundable once a booking is ticketed, except where required by law.
